Order processing

You can view order status by going to your Account → Orders.
On hold means your order is awaiting payment/payment information hasn’t cleared yet.
Processing starts after your payment has been authorized and put on hold until your items are ready, and order is getting ready to be shipped (for in stock items), or the item you ordered is getting created (for made-to-order). On this stage you can cancel the order if you wish. You will be charged only when order is prepared for dispatch!
Completed – package has been handled over to USPS for shipping. Expect to receive it within 3 business days. Order cancellation isn’t possible at this stage.
Delivered – USPS marked the package as delivered to the address you provided upon checkout.
Failed – payment failed or was declined.
Cancelled – order has been cancelled by you or Fae Fancies. To initiate a cancellation, please ensure you submit a request before the order is shipped.

Placing the item in your cart DOES NOT secure or reserve the item. Completed payment and confirmation is the only way to ensure the item is yours!

Processing times

For in stock items processing time means preparing order for shipping, which is 1-3 business days.
For made-to-order items processing time means creating an item from scratch, which typically takes up to 14 days.
For combined orders (in stock & made-to-order items in one order) – up to 14 days. Your order will be shipped as soon as made-to-order items are ready.

Packaging

All jewelry and accessories come in either a gift box or textile pouch, and inside a rigid mailing box.
To make sure your order arrives safely, items are additionally wrapped in honeycomb paper, bubble wrap, or some other protective packaging.

Packing/unpacking video

All packing/unpacking process is recorded, and the total weight of the package is noted to make it easy to check back in case any questions arise upon delivery or return. Please feel free to request the video/detailed information if needed, videos are stored for 60 days.

Invoice

After order is placed, your invoice will be sent to you via automatic email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. You can also view order details in your Account → Orders.

Cancellations

Once shipped, all orders are considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Make sure to double check shipping address before submitting your order.
Please note that Fae Fancies reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time. 

Wrong address

Buying and printing shipping labels is an automatic process, your package will be going to the address you enter upon checkout. Please double check the information and contact info before placing your order! It’s buyer’s responsibility to make sure shipping address is correct.
If you made a mistake, you can cancel the order while it’s in the “processing” status, and re-order with the correct address.
Order cancellation is not possible after package has been shipped.

Maximum purchase policy

Items purchased on faefancies.com are meant for personal use and not resale. Fae Fancies reserves the right to limit order quantities as needed.
If you are a stylist, photographer, clothing designer, etc, and interested in a collaboration or a larger order, please contact us to get in touch, discuss your proposition and receive our quote. Thank you for your interest and considering us for your project!

Payments

All payments are processed through a well-known, trusted and highly secure PayPal service, Fae Fancies does not directly access or handle your financial information. You can use your existing PayPal account, or pay by most major credit/debit cards without registering a PayPal account. For more detailed information check PayPal website and their policies.
You can toggle between two options on the Checkout page by selecting “PAYPAL” or “DEBIT | CREDIT CARDS” radio button.

Rest assured, your payment will be authorized upon order placement and put on hold until your items are ready for shipment. You will only be charged when your order is prepared for dispatch, ensuring a secure and convenient shopping experience.

Sales Tax

All US orders shipped from Fae Fancies are subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state to which the order will be shipped.
Tax is estimated at the time of checkout.
