Packing/unpacking video
All packing/unpacking process is recorded, and the total weight of the package is noted to make it easy to check back in case any questions arise upon delivery or return. Please feel free to request the video/detailed information if needed, videos are stored for 60 days.
Return policy
Fae Fancies wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, and provides FREE returns!
To start a return, please contact me within 3 days from the package being marked as delivered to you by USPS, with receipt/proof of purchase, and request a free return label via email. Print your return label, package items you want to return securely, and send them back.
In order for return to be approved, eligible items must be sent back within 15 days of package being marked as delivered to you, in the same condition it was received, new, unworn, unused, with tags/labels if any. All product packaging, jewelry cloth, care instructions and cushioning must be returned with the item.
Please pack items carefully and securely when returning them. Refund can not be issued for items that are damaged or lost during transit. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Fae Fancies reserves the right to exercise discretion in denying returns due to the condition of the item or lack of proof of purchase.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, or any delivery of any sort.
Please note that the original shipping charges and signature required fees are non-refundable. No exceptions!
Some items cannot be returned and considered a final sale. Always check description to see if item is returnable!
Exceptions/Non-refundable items
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return, and considered a final sale!
DIY kits that you already opened are also not eligible for returns.
Refunds
As stated above Fae Fancies has 15-days return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return it for refund. Earrings and opened DIY kits are not eligible for return.
When your return package is marked as delivered to us by USPS, inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in full (except original shipping and signature required fees) via PayPal on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund!
Defective/Wrong items
Please contact me within 3 days of package being marked as delivered by USPS with clear photos/videos of issue or defect in question, proof of purchase, and request a free return label.
A refund will be issued once the item(s) has been received back in the same condition you got them, with packaging, care card and jewelry cloth included, new, unworn, with tags if any, within 15 days of package being marked as delivered to you.
Wrong address
Orders that were shipped to incorrect address provided by the buyer aren’t eligible for refund, unless the package is returned back to Fae Fancies. It’s buyer’s responsibility to make sure shipping address is correct. If you made a mistake, you can cancel the order while it’s in the “processing” status, and re-order with correct address.
Order cancellation is not possible after package has been shipped!
Item is missing from the package
Please contact me and request packing your order video. If there was a mistake on my end, I’ll send the missing item without any additional shipping charges, or issue a full refund for the missing item. If there was no mistake on my end, I’ll gladly assist you with reporting theft and solving the issue with USPS.
During the return process Fae Fancies is not liable for items lost in the mail, or items that were damaged by customer after delivery has been accepted.
Failed delivery/refused packages
Packages returned with delivery failure due to customer error (multiple delivery attempts, refusal, insufficient address information, etc.) will be refunded once tracking updates to “Delivered back to sender” and Fae Fancies will have the package back.
Lost package
Sometimes mail gets lost. If according to tracking number your package has never arrived/got lost, a full refund will be made after resolving the case with shipping company (USPS).
Stolen mail (marked as “delivered” by USPS, but you didn’t receive it)
Once tracking shows that package has been delivered to the address you provided, Fae Fancies aren’t responsible for stolen mail. Please check with your neighbors first, and then contact local USPS delivery center. If you need any information on my end to report theft, feel free to contact me.
If stolen mail is common in your area, consider selecting “delivery signature” option upon checkout please!
Exchanges
Fae Fancies does not provide exchanges due to ever-changing inventory. Please submit the item(s) you have for return, and once return is accepted, place a new order for the items you like.
