Please note that custom orders are currently available only within the US as I don’t ship worldwide at this time.
The Process:
1. Initial Contact: Fill out the form below with a brief description of your request. Some fields are optional, but the more details you provide, the easier it will be for me to understand your vision and the less time it will take to complete your request. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details. If you haven’t received a response in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
2. Design and Mockup: I’ll create a mockup and present options for beads, gemstones, and other materials. You can make up to three revisions during this stage to ensure the design meets your expectations.
3. Final Agreement: Once we agree on the mockup, the design is finalized and work begins. After this point, no further changes can be made.
4. Work in Progress Updates: I’ll keep you updated with photos and short videos as your custom piece comes to life.
5. Completion and Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the project. If the final result doesn’t meet your expectations, you are under no obligation to purchase it*; in such cases, the item will be listed in my shop for public sale. If payment isn’t received within two weeks of completion, the item will also be listed in my shop.
Important Details:
Ownership: If you purchase the custom item, you own the piece, but Fae Fancies retains the rights to the design, and may create additional pieces based on it. Fae Fancies holds the copyright.
Right to Refuse: Fae Fancies reserves the right to refuse any custom order.
Availability: Custom orders are subject to the availability of beads, gemstones, fabric, and other materials.
No Returns: Custom orders are non-returnable!
Pricing: Prices vary based on design complexity and materials.
