Warning! Choking hazard
Every design includes small components, tiny glass beads, rhinestones which are fragile and can shatter/come off upon dropping an item or pulling off textile. Please keep Fae Fancies pieces away from children and pets to avoid choking, ingesting or other hazards!
Allergy disclaimer
Some people are allergic to finishes, metals or the oxidation applied to metals commonly used in making jewelry. It is customer responsibility to be aware of your allergies and read materials list before buying the product! Fae Fancies cannot know customer’s medical history, and will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing purchased items.
Please note that generally any stainless steel or plated jewelry component contains some nickel.
Handmade disclaimer
Due to the handmade and hand-dyed nature of items, slight difference in shape, color, beads placement and asymmetry is possible.
Items with gemstone cabochons/beads
Please remember there are no natural gemstone cabochons/beads that look exactly the same. Feel free to message via support, text or Instagram before placing an order to preview what gemstone supplies are currently available to use in made-to-order items, or check unpacking videos on my YouTube channel.
Colors accuracy
Due to different monitor/mobile settings colors on photos and in real life may differ slightly. Fae Fancies cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Measurements/Smaller than expected
Close up photos and videos might make item or beads seem bigger than they actually are. Please always check measurements in product description and use the ruler/measurement tape for reference. Product images are not to scale!
Availability
At the moment Fae Fancies pieces are available for purchase only at faefancies.com, and not sold on any other solo or multi-vendor platforms. Please support original creators!
Avoid ruining your clothes
Do not pin a brooch on a piece of fabric that cannot hold it up (too thin or stretchy). Read product description and take note of the weight. Holes from the pin might remain on the lightweight fabric, or brooch might look saggy. To protect thinner fabric, provide support for the brooch, and prevent it from drooping, it is recommended to attach a non-stretch fabric or cotton circle to the back of the clothing.
Brooch pins
Please keep in mind brooch pins are sharp. Make sure to close them properly to avoid getting hurt. And keep away from children and pets!
Tarnishing
Gold plated and gold filled findings will eventually start losing their finish and may darken over time due to natural wear or wrong care/storage. Please follow included care instructions to prolong their life (keep away from water, allow perfume and skin care products to dry before wearing your jewelry and accessories, take them off before workouts or going to bed, store in a box or textile pouch in a dry place away from UV light, clean with jewelry cloth, and remember that fashion jewelry is meant to be loved but not meant to be worn 24/7).
